Notes

Acrobatic skiing - and more specifically the moguls event - made its debut at the Olympic Games in Albertville in 1992, after having been a demonstration sport in Calgary in 1988. Edgar Grospiron who was ranked 3rd in Calgary, won the first Olympic gold medal in moguls in 1992, following that with a bronze in 1994. A triple world champion (1989, 1991, 1995) , he dominated the sport for almost a decade and popularized the FORCE range developed by Salomon.
