Captions: "Giochi della XVII Olimpiade Roma", a medallion with the Games' emblem inbetween, and then: "Diploma Dr. Giorgio de Stefani, membro del comitato organizzatore per la lodevole opera data nella organizzazione e nello svolgimento dei giochi della XVII Olimpiade". Signed by the President and chairman of the OCOG.
