Physical description

At the top there is the Olympic rings over the Olympic motto. In the middle, one finds the city's Coat-of-Arms and its motto: Vires Acquirit Eundo surrounded by two olive branches. At the bottom there are the Signatures of the IOC President Avery Brundage, of the OCOG President and executive secretary R.G. Menzies and W.S. Kent Hughes. Caption: "Diploma Olympic Games Melbourne 1956".
