Physical description
On the background there are the Olympic Rings drawn with the Games's pictograms. Caption: "El comite organizador de los juegos de la XIX Olimpiada otorga diploma a Dr. Giorgio de Stefani de Italia por su participacion como Miembro del Comité Olimpico Internacional". Diploma signed by the IOC Preisident Avery Brundage and by th OCOG President. The Games' emblem on the bottom.
