On top there is a drawing of the decoration. On the bottom th embossed decoration. Signed by the chancellor and the secretary of the Order. Caption: "H.M. Konungen har behagat under den 16 Juli 1912 i mader utnamna till Kommendor af kungl. Nordstjarne Orden första klassen, franske undersaten Baron Pierre de Coubertin...".
