On the top the king's portrait in an inset. At the bottom the Order's cross. Décorated frame. Document date March the 9th 1903. Caption: "D'Alfonso XIII por la gracia de Dios y la Constitucion Rey de Espana, Por cuanto queriendo dar una prueba de Mi Real aprecio a vos Monsieur le Baron Pierre Charles de Coubertin...".
