Physical description
Obverse: olive tree and oak's branches, caption: "Le congrès international de Paris proclame le rétablissement des Jeux Olympiques". Reverse: olive tree and oak's branches, plaque with the caption: "23 juin 1894". Silver version to be presented to IOC members only (?). Edge: hallmark. Country of manufacturing uncertain.
