Physical description

Obverse: seated Allegory of the Greece with a laurel wreath and a sceptre. Next to the Allegory, Phoenix rising from the ashes. On the upper part, Acropolis, on the lower part, Stadion. Caption (greek): Olympic Games / 776 V. CHR ; Athens. Reverse: Greek National Olympic Committee emblem and caption (partially in greek): "HELLENIC OLYMPIC COMMITTEE ; IN HONOUR / OF THE XXVIII OLYMPIAD / ATHENS 2004".
