Tag certifying that this item was hand-made by a Canadian Inuk artist with an ingloo and the mention of "Eskimo art Esquimau" (the igloo tag created in 1958 by the Canadian Government as a way to distinguish authentic inuit art from counterfeits still bears the former word Eskimo).
