Caption: "Giochi della XVIII Olympiade Diploma Tatiana Petrenko Comitato Olimpico dell'URSS Medaglia d'Oro Fioretto a Squadra Donne". Signed by IOC President Avery Brundage and Giulio Andreotti, President of the Organising Committee.
