Rectangular medal. Obverse: series of seven friezes depicting sports (athletics, wrestling, boxing, skating, fencing, rowing and cross-country skiing). Reverse: Emblem of the Italian NOC and caption: "Roma MCMLXV [separation: second star] MCMLXXV." Hallmark: "TOT" and manufacturer's brand. With chain.
