Bronze oblong plaque. Obverse: Headless and winged Goddess of Victory, Olympic Symbol and caption: "Comité International Olympique ; Prix Olympia". Sculptor's signature and engraver's hallmark P.A. Reverse: Olympic Symbol divided on three stamps and caption: "Prix Olympia 1984 ; Fédération international de philatélie Olympique".
