Shoes belonging to Käthe KRAUSS (GER), women’s 100m bronze medal winner, Berlin 1936 After finishing third in the 100m, Käthe KRAUSS and her team mates were the German hope for a gold medal in the 4x100m relay. They broke a world record in the elimination events, when disaster struck… a bad baton handover disqualified them from the final!
