Physical description

Medal with a belly and ribbon in the national colours. Obverse: an imposing Alpine scene and caption: "INNSBRUCK 1964" above and "EISHOCKEY" at the base of the design. Artist's name "M. COUFAL" on the right. Reverse: Emblem of the Games and caption: " - IX- ; OLYMPISCHE WINTERSPIELE ".
