Obverse: an Aztec holding a ball in his hand. Aztec's pattern figuring an Aztec's game and the caption: "Mexico 1955". Reverse: emblem of the Pan American Sports Organization, University Stadium and the captions in Spanish:"Commemoration" and "Second Pan American Sports Games".
