Obverse: an Aztec soldier in armor. Aztec's pattern figuring the game of the "flying wheel" and the caption: "Mexico 1955". Reverse: emblem of the Pan American Sports Organization, University Stadium and the captions in Spanish:"Participant" and "Second Pan American Sports Games".
