Alpine skiing suit worn suit signed by Mikaela SCHIFFRIN (USA), Olympic champion in slalom, Sochi 2014. On 21 February 2014, American teenager Mikaela Shiffrin became the youngest ever Olympic slalom champion. According to the production art manager for Spyder Active Sports Inc., the different shades of red, white and blue present in the suit are meant to represent the reflection of the US flag on Chesapeake Bay following the bombardment of Fort McHenry during the War of 1812.
