Physical description

At the top center is the emblem of the event followed by the text: "OLYMPHILEX'87 / ESPOSIZIONE MONDIALE / DI FILATELIA OLIMPICA / DIPLOMA / DI / BENEMERENZA / RILASCIATO A Giorgio De Stefani / Componente Comitato Organizzatore / PER LA COLLABORAZIONE PRESTATA / ROMA, 3 SETTEMBRE 1987". Signed by the Chairman of the Executive Committee Mario Pescante. The whole is surrounded by a frieze-like indentation of a postage stamp.
