Lausanne 1929, copy of the honorary diploma from the "Stade Lausanne" awarded to the city of Athens.

Physical description

At the top center there is a laurel branch with the colors of "Stade Lausanne". Underneath the text: "DIPLOME D'HONNEUR / DÉLIVRÉ PAR / LE STADE LAUSANNE / A / la Ville d'Athènes, / A L'OCCASION DE SON VOYAGE / EN GRÈCE / ET EN RECONNAISSANCE DE L'ACCUEIL / CORDIAL DE LA NATION HELLÉNIQUE / LAUSANNE, AVRIL 1929". Signed by the Mayor of Lausanne, the Head of Mission (Francis Messerli), the central president and president of athletics. Club logo in the middle of the signatures. Down the diploma we find this note: "Duplicata pour le Musée olympique".
