Diploma representing a stadium with the Olympic colors (Games emblem?) And an ancient sculpture of a discus thrower. Text: "VIII GIOCHI INTERNAZIONALI SILENZIOSI / Diploma / di MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO / rilasciato a / [...] / MILANO / 25-30 Agosto 1957". Signed by JP Nielsen, chairman of the CISS and Giuseppe Riva, President of the OC.
