Physical description

Obverse: Games' emblem (An Inca eagle above 6 rings) with above, two laurel branchs surrounding the date 1970, Spanish caption: "VI JUEGOS DEPORTIVOS BOLIVARIANOS". Reverse: the Maracaibo's coat of arms surounded by the Spanish caption: "MARACAIBO / 22 AGO ; 6 SET / VENEZUELA". With a hook.
