Physical description
In the upper part the obverse of the commemorative medal. In the bottom embossed and on a sticked piece of paper the reverse of the commemorative medal. Caption: "Kunniakirja / M. Otto Mayer / On saanut / kisojen muistomitalin / XV Olympia Helsinki 1952 / järjestelytoimikunta". Signed by the OCOG's president and vice-president.
