Berlin 1936, pair of athletics shoes of Hermann BLAZEJEZAK (GER) worn during these Games and the World Championships in 1938.

Physical description

Pair of black spike shoes with a one-piece rubber sole. "Waitzer" model by Adi Dassler for the 1936 Games. Materials: the upper and facings are made of cow hide and the back lining is split leather, the tongue is felt-lined and the forefoot is reinforced with a twill strip. Insole, midsole and outsole are made of vegetable tanned bottom leather (vache leather). The heel lift is made of natural crepe.
