2-in-1 uncut banknotes. Recto: two speed skaters, pictogram of other sports and Games emblem. Hologram formed by the consonants and vowels of the Korean alphabet for the Games motto "Passion connected". Windowed security thread formed by the consonants of the Korean alphabet for PyeongChang. Various types of watermarks and intaglios. Text in Korean "Bank of Korea, 2000 won". Verso: reproduction of the "Tiger and Pine Tree" by Kim Hong-do (Danwon). Text in Korean "Bank of Korea, 2000".

PyeongChang 2018 – 2,000 won bank note. Some 2.3 million copies of the commemorative banknote for the PyeongChang Games were printed by the Bank of Korea. It was the first commemorative banknote in Korea. The front depicts seven sports, one for each Olympic Federation. The back featured Tiger under a Pine Tree, a masterpiece by Kim Hong-do (aka Danwon), a Korean artist from the 18th century. OCOG donation
