PyeongChang 2018 – ice skates worn by Julian YEE (MAS), 25th. Julian Yee had to overcome cultural obstacles to reach this level. As a child, he had to explain to his classmates what figure skating was. But his greatest obstacle was finding somewhere to practise. In Malaysia, most of the rinks are small and located in shopping malls. He therefore went to Canada to continue his training, thanks to a crowd-funding campaign. Athlete donation
