Antique Greece style, with two columns. Ancient greek decor with two colums. In the middgle, goddess Nike surrounded by athletes and a lute -player. This diploma was given to athletes and participants.

Paris 1924, pair of athletics shoes worn by John-Coard TAYLOR (USA) in the 400m, and his fifthplace diploma. In the final of the 400m at the 1924 Games in Paris, John-Coard Taylor, who was expected to win a medal, finished fifth due to an ankle injury, which put an end to his career. This final was depicted in the film “Chariots of Fire” directed by Hugh Hudson, which came out in 1981. Auction purchase
