Youth Olympic Games Lausanne 2020, winners’ medals. The winning design in the IOC’s international competition to create the medal came from Zakea Page, 20, from New Zealand. It is inspired by Maya Angelou’s quote, “Beauty in Diversity”. It features an icy spiral symbolising the culture of respect, friendship and excellence.
