Barcelona 1992 – kayak designed for the candidature and used during the Games. This kayak first took to the water as part of test events held by the Organising Committee on the Castelldefels Olympic Canal in 1991. During the Games, it was used by Independent Olympic Participants and countries such as Costa Rica, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and South Africa, which did not have the financial means to transport such large equipment to Barcelona.
