Physical description

Number with two similar sides fixed on an organge bib with number 104. At the top, the Olympic rings and "1968 Grenoble". Underneath, "DIFFUSION". Among the athlees who signed, there are Jean-Claude KILLY (FRA), Emile ALLAIS (FRA), Toni SAILER (AUT), Patrick PERA (FRA), Fernande BOCHATAY (SUI), Nancy GREENE (CAN), Diana TOMKINSON (GBR), Annie FAMOSE (FRA), etc. Two commemorative badges are fixed on the upper strips.
