Mexico City 1968, shoes, vest and commemorative diploma and medal belonging to Sergio OTTOLINA (ITA). Sergio Ottolina competed in the 1964 and 1968 Summer Games, in five individual and team sprint events. His shoes have four spikes and a small heel. 400m runners can use sprint shoes or shoes with slight heels depending on their running style. Those who land on the front of their foot opt for sprint shoes, but those who land on their heel prefer shoes with more of a raised heel. Purchased at auction
