Obverse: Olympic Museum emblem on caption: "INAUGURATION 23 JUIN 1993" surrounded by caption: "MUSEE OLYMPIQUE ; OLYMPIC MUSEUM ; MUSEE OLYMPIQUE ; LAUSANNE". Reverse: identical, minus the caption of the inauguration. The obverse design is in relief while the reverse design is in hollow.
