Medal with belly ring and red ribbon with the legend: "BEIJING 2022" and the Paralympic emblem. Obverse: 5 concentric circles with Braille legend, snow, ice and cloud motifs, legend: "Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games" and Paralympic symbol in centre. Reverse: Paralympic Games emblem, "Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games" legend in Chinese and 5 concentric circles.

Beijing 2022, Paralympic winners’ medals : gold, silver and bronze. The design of the Paralympic medals was similar to that of the Olympic medals, the only difference being that the centre of the obverse featured the emblem of the International Paralympic Committee and the wording “Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022” in English and braille.
