Los Angeles 1984, swimwear worn by Rob WOODHOUSE (AUS), bronze medallist in the men’s 400m individual medley. The Olympic Games are a family affair for the Woodhouses. Rob’s uncle was a spectator at the Rome Games in 1960 and stole an Olympic flag. Regretting his misdeed, he kept it hidden, but gave it to his nephew when he was selected for the Games. Later, when Rob Woodhouse set up a sports agency, he hung the flag on the wall and had it signed by several Olympic medallists. He later gave it to his own nephew, David McKeon, also an Olympian.
