At the top is the embossed emblem of the Games surrounded by the Olympic motto. Text: "GRENOBLE 1968 / Xes JEUX OLYMPIQUES D'HIVER / DIPLOME / handwritten mention in a cartouche "Albertina Noyes". Signed by the IOC President, the President and the Director General of the OCOG.
