Paris 2024 – art posters for the Olympic and Paralympic Games: “Untitled (three people)” and “Untitled (two people)” by Adam Janes. American artist Adam Janes is interested in the process that ultimately leads athletes to compete in the Olympic and Paralympic Games. He explains: “Without everything that precedes it, without all the work behind the scenes, there would be no grand final, and no culmination... The Games are an aspiration, it’s a dream!” In his posters, the outlines of figures in action represent athletes from Ancient Greece interacting with each another as they strive for excellence and selfimprovement.
