Obverse: goddess Nike inspired by the statue of de Paionios (Paeonius) holding a victory wreath in front of the Panathinaiko Stadium , the Acropolison the left and the Eiffel Tower on the right, the all on the background, caption: "JEUX DE LA XXXIIIe OLYMPIADE - PARIS 2024" with the Olympic Symbol over the goddess. Reverse: hexagonal steel piece of the Eiffel Tower bearing the Games' emblem and radiants. White and blue ribbon according to the Look of the Games.

Notes

To come up with the design for its medals, Paris 2024 called on the Chaumet jewellery house. To celebrate the return of the Games to France, one hundred years after the 1924 Games, the Eiffel Tower is depicted on the obverse, along with the Acropolis and the Panathenaic Stadium. All Olympic and Paralympic medals are set with a piece of original iron from the Eiffel Tower. Built between 1887 and 1889, the “Dame de fer” has since undergone numerous renovations. Certain metallic elements have been permanently removed and conserved in this process. For the Paris 2024 Games, the Eiffel Tower Operating Company is allowing these genuine pieces of Parisian and French history to find glory again.
