Paris 2024 – volunteers’ uniform. Paris 2024 – foam finger used by the volunteers to direct visitors. The volunteers’ uniform was designed by Decathlon to be waterproof, as well as heat and sweat resistant. It was made using highly breathable fabrics, offered wearers full freedom of movement and could be easily adjusted depending on the weather conditions. The colourful hat, meanwhile, rapidly became an iconic fashion item. The volunteers’ role involved directing people to the venues, and they used these large foam fingers so that they could be spotted from a distance. Donated by the OCOG
