Leslie McDonald Piggot represented Great Britain more than 50 times in international competitions between 1965 and 1976, including the Olympic Games and the Commonwealth Games. Despite being an international athlete, Piggot maintained his roots and competed at club meetings and Highland Games in his native Scotland.
