Paris 1894, golden copy from the medal of the re-establishment of the Olympic Games in the 23rd June 1894 told "de la Sorbonne" to be given to Heads of State by IOC President Thomas Bach.
Physical description
Medal with a plaque with the Olympic symbol and the caption "IOC President Thomas Bach". "Obverse: olive tree and oak's branches, caption: "Le congrès international de Paris proclame le rétablissement des Jeux Olympiques". Reverse: olive tree and oak's branches, plaque with the caption: "23 juin 1894". Silver version to be presented to IOC members only (?). Edge: "Replica". Explication paper.
