Milano Cortina 2026: curling broom used by Brett GALLANT (CAN), who competed with his wife in the mixed doubles.
Curling runs in the Gallant family, as Brett’s father, Peter, was also a curler. He coached the South Korean women’s team that won the silver medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
At Milano Cortina, Luke Gallant, the two-and a-half-year-old son of Brett Gallant and Jocelyn Peterman, charmed the crowd by cheering on his parents during the events. Before the Games began, Jocelyn said: “What we’re most looking forward to is having our family there and being able to share the whole experience with them. They weren’t really able to follow our Olympic journey in Beijing, so we’re really looking forward to this.”
