Model Karachi King Super with an mulberry head, facsimile signatures of the captain and the manager of the Pakistan National Hockey Team and some hand-written signatures (partially faded). Caption: "Genuine Mulberry Head/ Karachi King Super, stick as been adopted by Pakistan National team for use in Mexico Olympics 1968".
