Obverse: the Ecuador's coat of arms, surrounded by the Spanish caption: "V-JUEGOS DEPORTIVOS BOLIVARIANOS / QUITO 1965 GUAYAQUIL". Reverse: Games' emblem (An Inca eagle above 6 rings) surrounded by a laurel wreath. Hook and ribbon with Ecuadorean's flag colors.
